I was talking to a co-worker about it, and as it turns out, her husband is a brand new real estate agent.It kind of scared me at first, as I am a newbie too, so it could be disastrous. but the guy has been working his tail off for the last week working with me to narrow down my search results for a house, talking almost daily, knowing that the funds aren't in place yet, and I won't be able to do a deal for another couple month.

I go direct to a fumigation company (not a pest control company) and would expect between $1000-$1500 for a typical box style quad.The biggest problem is that any tenants have to (a) prep their food and pets and (b) go somewhere else for a 2 days.

@Dawn AnastasiI haven't used felt underlayment in years as the synthetics are tougher and are not suitable food for mould, lichens and other things you do not want growing on your roof.

Tenants also do not like other tenants cooking very strong foods all the time like curry etc. as it wafts through to the other units.

I'd think Dunkin would be glad to get rid of the inventory even at a steep discount, it would help them eliminate a mess and you at the same time...the cost to purchase the leftover food is probably way less than installing these extra security measures, not to mention the goodwill I'm sure you might receive in return.Just a thought.

The podcast I was listening to today (33 I think with Sam Craven) was talking about pay per click and Google ad words and they extra emphasized the importance of putting a daily limit on the amount of money you're willing to spend.
