Just based on what you posted, my concern is that some unscrupulous lender might try to get you to pay the $2k "processing fee" and/or the $5k "flat fee" (whatever that is) up front, and then just take off with your money and never fund the LOC.A few other quick thoughts as I read what you posted:- What are the terms of the LOC?
