I have always enjoyed renovation and it is inline with my engineering and building background and my goal is to create passive income so I can work less hours.

I think if you're trying to create an entire booking engine site, you're going to spend a fair amount of time, & money creating and managing a site; more than what Airbnb is charging in commissions. 

That upbringing led him to seek an engineering degree and a career as a civil servant, one that to him provided stability that he missed growing up.

I do have some income to show from a 1099 and W2 engineering job but not enough to qualify for a conventional loan given my Income to Debt Ratio (about 60%).

Hey guys,So I just graduated school and started my first full-time job as an engineer.

I would contact an engineer and get a elevation certificate and try to apply for a LOMC FEMA letter to remove the structure from the flood requirement.

I was wondering what type of loan I should expect from a lender if I have a good credit score, working as an engineer, and am looking to live in a small multifamily in the Tulsa area.

Is there structural damage requiring an engineer? 

Is there a search engine besides google that somebody can recommended I use to get more in depth knowledge on these types of things?
