Hustle without knowledge is just a waste of energy in my opinion.

I think that the vast majority greatly underestimate the time and energy required to successfully operate a business like this.

We painted the entire interior of the house before we moved in and since have replaced the appliances, upgraded the electrical system, installed impact/energy efficient windows.

Kept natural exterior brick facade as-is with new energy efficient windows to keep the integrity of the home consistent with the neighborhood.

The home inspector says something verbally to the effect of " there might be an oil leak here in the tank, but probably just surface rust, no big deal it is common" and then the home burns down a month later because of an oil leak.I think this is something that most inspectors fear and the result is a report filled with deficiencies that are often insignificant, like minor surface rust on the exterior of a service panel.
