hello everyone my name is dylan i am from brainerd mn i currently own my house 3 bed 2 bath modular with an unfinished basement and 2.5 acres i am starting my rei journey this year i will be partnering with a friend of mine on a new build duplex with a 1 stall attached garage on each unit on a 2 acre lot we are going to be building it handicap accessible in hopes to contract with local nursing homes or companies in need of houses for there clients i am just wondering if there is anyone else who has done this and if they could give me any advice that would be great

Does anyone know of any cloud software that is simple and useful for agents accessing a calendar to schedule floor time across multiple offices?

Developing would consist of getting your utilities lined up for the area, plotting off sections (if needed), creating roads and other ways of access, etc. and then selling those lots off to builders. 

@Brian PownallThe access to capital is at some of the highest levels we’ve seen.I personally still buy good cash flowing value add deals in A/B markets in Columbus and plan to hold them for the long term.

I am seeking some advice from people much smarter than me, I believe I have come to the right place.I have been in the REI world for a while(mostly SFH BRRRR investing) and was looking to make a bigger commercial investment.Currently, my access to funds are in the form of 3 HELOCS on 3 different properties, totally roughly 300k of temporary money.

Depending on the situation you may adjust pricing accordingly, especially if in a condo building and it will impact access to balcony, amenities, etc.

@Jason White The Davidson county Register of Deeds seems to be subscription only, for online access. 

However, all of this is changing in 2021 as Zillow is in the process of becoming a Broker in most of the major MLS systems and therefore will have MLS access.

I am looking at buying a rental property that has two houses on it, a 3/1 with street access and a 1/1 in the back of the property that only has alley access to it.
