The larger the property you get into the more important these two people are, but for a 20-unit you'll certainly benefit from having a good lawyer and accountant on your side.Get your finances/money in order BEFORE you look for a property.

posted on her other morris thread.. yes another Morris nightmare and out and out fraud in my mind.. this is really a Rico act event i would be looking that way if I was a lawyer and morris has made millions he is a prime target.. not all people are worth suing but this guy from all appearances would be a good bet. there are no ethics in wholesaling .. as we know most are not licensed so its just Caveat Emptar  to the 3rd power

I know that if I do decide to go bigger and do an apartment building Id have it as protected as possible through a series of LLCs and whatnot (get a real estate lawyer).

OK so I have used LegalZoom in the past and had a Lawyer review the POA form and though they did rewrite it for me they were honest and stated that the LegalZoom form would stand up in a court of law in their opinion.
