Anyone have a recommendation for a roofing and/or basement waterproofing professional in the Baltimore Maryland area?

I welcome advice from anyone since I'm a total newbie.My professional background is in tech sales and finance, but I can't wait to get deeply involved in real estate.

I can hardly imagine the loyalty you have from the real professionals in the industry.I have talked MANY a client out of properties that were bad investments - and I do the same for retail buyers.If you're a professional negotiator, great. 

I don't know Alabama law either but as a licensed professional, if he deals with lending residential mortgages, he has to have some sort of license with the NMLS. 

In general, how much does a cost segregation professional generally charge for a multifamily with 4 units? 

Should I bring in any professional appraiser as part of my due diligence?

And many of these firms are hiring talent of all ages, but in the area of robotics, sciences and other technology fields, a lot of young urban professionals are coming from CMU and need places to live close to these businesses.

I began my experience with Real Estate by connecting and discussing career paths with a variety of professionals from a CBRE broker, an alumni in wholesaling, and local investors.

My journey to BP actually began last October, when I was trying to find information and resources about REI but I didn't sign-up or anything because I was busy working on my professional massage therapy license and starting a new job in admin.
