New Member from Central California, aspiring to start in Reno, NV

Hello BP.

After listening to the podcast as a means to learn about something new, it quickly turned Real Estate Investing into my passion. 

I am currently an undergrad student studying Business Finance and will be graduating sometime next year. I began my experience with Real Estate by connecting and discussing career paths with a variety of professionals from a CBRE broker, an alumni in wholesaling, and local investors. Since then I started working part-time at a local property management company to expand my knowledge further. 

I hope to use the rest of my time in college to add to my toolbox of information and use BP as a major source for that. Looking to develop a business plan, make connections, and learn everything I can about real estate investing, but focusing on rental properties and building wealth. 

Other than looking for deals in my immediate area now, I am looking to focus my efforts in Reno, NV. This is for a variety of reasons, but mainly because I have dreamed of living in North Lake Tahoe.
