I go over help plant a garden his dog is tearing some stuff up I will make him pay for it when he leaves .

We opened the floorplan by removing a wall, changed all the fixtures, installed LifeProof LVP, new cabinets, granite countertops, and fresh paint.

Also, make sure all the rooms smell fresh, open up some windows before any buyers visit.

There are people who make 10x what you make who would look at the $ amount and say, yeah, I get that is a lot to some people lol.  25% is massive.The one thing posters never post about is the condition of their property compared to those that are fresh on the market. 

Same for a low cost daycare.Work with the city to see if you can use your funds to buy vacant lots and develop playgrounds for kids or gardens or outside yoga studios.Just add gardens and play areas to the buildings you already own.What you buy and how you use it can be part of the give back and improving lives.
