2.Are there any potential risks we might be overlooking with the financing setup or local real estate market?

Hello Everyone, I am new here but i’m looking for some new connections to help me grow my knowledge and portfolio in real estate.

Once the judge found for the plantiff it became a judgement and ATTACHED to that person as well as ALL assets that defendant owned including all real estate.
