Hello BiggerPockets community. My name is Ryley Simpson and I’m glad to be part of this. My goal here is to finally get into real estate investing and hopefully get my first property here soon. I am 21 years old and have been learning about real estate investing for the last three years. I don’t know exactly how I want to invest in real estate, but hopefully I will be able to figure out what suits me and my situation
