While visiting Ann Arbor, I began to think about how I might want to invest here, given the fact that I grew up in Rochester Hills (where my parents still live) and went to school at the University of Michigan (graduated in 2016).

I've got quite a pipeline going and am looking heavily in Englewood and Auburn Gresham.

For example we also own property in Auburn NY and there inspections are very easy however in Rochester they are much tougher.

I have a duplex directly across the street from a large university, and typically only rent one (1) unit to students due to the high turnover. 

Second, Austin already has a world-class tech workforce and a several universities in the area continually adding to that supply.

I have a few SFH near universities which are great locations.  

Have university studies made a significant impact on development policies in the past?

I have just received my bachelors in Business Administration with an emphasis on Entrepreneurship and have recently applied to the University of Oregon's MBA program.

The property is located in SW, around 5 miles from university.  50% sec 8 tenants , 25% other gov assisted programs and the 25% is non-assisted.  

Anyone familiar with the Memphis area 38111 close to University of Memphis south campus?
