I've already used plywood and OSB but both are now warped and virtually rotten.

I am looking to start my first deal soon and would ideally like some tips whether it be virtually or locally.

There is a ton of resources in BP and answers to virtually every question you may have.

I am having a very hard time finding people of average quality, let alone decent.Has anybody used a virtual assistant to make appointment setting calls?

Hey, some of this REI stuff is virtually unregulated.  

I'm a wholesaler but plan to do it virtual.  

I've purchased a 4 building office park that has had virtually no maintenance over the last few years of ownership.  

There are some folks doing really great stuff in Memphis here on BP, so track them down (virtually here on BP that is) Read all their forum and blog posts, and engage them in meaningful conversation...you'll be able to learn a lot and help their business grow if you're able to do this. 

Total Agree @Brandon Moffitt It is rare that a full service listing Agent does not post a plethora of photos, details, and virtual tour in my area.
