If they are tire kickers that arent motivated then you have to be able to identify them quickly and put them into some kind of automated follow up system and move on to someone else who is more motivated

Through the enormous amount of research I've done, a common strategy is to find tired landlords with a ton of equity or fully paid off that are looking to move on from their property because they are tired dealing with tenants.
