Real estate is fast becoming the most preferred choice for the people who want to invest for the profitable future.

Most of these properties profit about 5500 a year I just don't want to make the wrong choice on my first deal.

This would be a legal issue, I would suggest the quit claim if executed, would be in front of an attorney of your choice, notarized, sealed, and copy of the file kept on his file depository, your local UPS Notary will not retain a copy of the wuit claim.

At least I have some options, I just need to make the right choice..
