Hi All, I’m just starting out and, following the advice of a mentor, I’m trying to find an attorney who deals with real estate transactions and issues.

Initially, I started with a project called Dealsletter, which has grown quite well and has received positive feedback from the real estate investing community.

Should I focus on paying that off first before I invest or does it make sense to start my real estate journey and use the cash flow to help pay it off faster?

It's no guarantee but it's a good place to start.

Obviously we're seeking to do an inspection and have the property appraised, but I think we are in a good starting position.

I would start off by getting several quotes.I can tell you that my regular AC guy charges 40% more than the guy I go with.  

It's free and very easy to use, especially when you are first starting out.

My opinion is while not directly correlated, when banks start losing money and increase in defaults lending tightens and large losses typically will lead to more job losses.

But it works if you're careful about the various settings (especially the calendar).We've placed 2 tenants this year since we've started using it and our house has been fully booked for 2024 so far.
