I'm about to relocate to ATL myself in the coming weeks, with the same focus that you have in multi-families in that area. 

Long-story short, I set a six-year goal to earn both degrees, start my real estate career with an active firm for about three years, and then to go out on my own.

A week ago,  the trailer burned down to the ground. 

Though I will be able to make a comfortable living working my current job alone, I don't want to put all my eggs in one basket nor do I want to work for somebody else for 40-60 hours a week until I'm too old to enjoy the fruits of my labor.I'd love to connect with and get to know who else is investing in this region, especially those of you following the BRRRR model!  

I'm looking to be geared up in the next week or two.

Our average expenses for the past 52-week rolling period are: Maintenance 3.1%, Vacancy 3.6%, Property Management 9%.

Both meetups are in about 2 weeks.

It was an underground house (see photo) and we have gutted it, torn off the old roof, and next week we start framing the new house on top.
