I dont forsee any down movement in land and mobile home parks during this period.. 

Without a doubt I am far from any kind of pro in remote investing, I am the guy who goes and gets "boots on", I have to, but I just do not see how a person can safely remote invest for flip on the scale that 100+yr old homes can and will require, how can you remotely know if there is knob & tube wiring, asbestos in the attic, if floors are pitched like a skate park, decaying stacked stone foundation and on and on.

Long term plans include some fencing, cameras, and improving the parking lot situation.

I personally live in an area that relies on tourists (many Chinese) traveling to Yellowstone National Park and I'm expecting tourism to be down as much as 40 - 50%.If you have a short-term rental, how will you survive if the market fails to recover?

But the fact that I cannot visit and enjoy my local public park or public beach will not result in a reduction in my property taxes.

I don't know if I have the rights to the entire property boundary or just the building and parking lot.
