I recommend a roof consultant be involved with your asset to obtain a current condition report and they will usually work with any reputable contractor to be sure that the adjuster is giving you what you should be getting on the repair/replacement of your roof.

@Chris L. that's unfortunate. i dont know how andrew can continue to come to BP if he has created such a bad reputation thus far. he acted like one of those contractors that we hate. you know the ones... promise stuff, dont show up, dont do the work, then keep promising. terrible..you should bump those threads up often to protect other people from falling into his trap.
