A friend told me about a piece of real estate in foreclosure, that was a Fannie Mae property listed as part of the First Look program, on Zillow and an auction site.  

Do you know if the homepoasIble loan has somethIng simIlar to the 203k program?

Besides just being able to tell at a glance where something was, I do a lot of work writing computer programs to do various analyses and computations for me, and the county desginator made it a lot easier to know which property tax rate to apply, or where to look up the property in SDAT, etc.

Those aren't FHA specific things, those are things that any appraiser on any traditional loan program will likely call out.

I signed up for Fundrise too, but I ended up skipping it after getting deeper into the program.
