starting some automation

I'm looking to start a marketing campaign and be able to track the response. This will be my first time and was going to use Ringcentral and get 4 numbers and use slybroadcast to send the marketing pieces and track everything. 

Has anyone else used theses companies? what are your thoughts? Did you like them? Was the pricing good? How did the apps work? What did you not like?
