It’s common for people to creat LLC’s names the street address of the property — that helps with remembering the property and associated LLC, but not so good for brand name recognition

I live near Cartersville, and I think the 3/2 idea would be popular for the area. 

In your Direct Mail postcards, do you vote for a branded postcard, with your branded website following the specific design language of your brand, or do you vote for the handwritten non-branded personal postcard coming from the concerned rich neighbor down the street?

The screenshot below from realtor.com shows two houses on the same street that are valued at about 168k.

It’s in a decent older neighborhood where houses up and down the street are being renovated nicely.

Even if the "area" is good, within that market there are streets and neighborhoods you should totally avoid.

Google Street View is your friend!

But get to know the areas first, its a large area and in some area you need to know street by street. 

Here, you rent to people requiring commercial space, such as real estate brokers, attorneys who is required by law to operate out of an office, or accounting firms where street traffic is not required.In fact when 09/11 came, my dad had a store for rent.

@Joey Morea - I totally agree with what you just said, my houses are also in Champions Gate and my community is very strict about street parking, in the last couple of days I've seen random people simply parking their cars in our driveway.
