Same thing with a potential MTR tenant who wants to tour the house in person first. 

Personally I have never heard of them.

They have a celebrity connection that they never stop talking aboutIn most cases, the celebrity does not make a personal appearance at the events, and their involvement is often very minimal.

Keep in mind, the new vehicle may be eligible for Bonus Depreciation or Sec 179 depending on % you use it for business/rentals vs. personal use....

I'm also open to the possibility of partnerships.I do not have experience performing a major rehab like this, but nobody does until they do one.
