How can I go about purchasing the house for fair valve in today market  and getting rid of the  family member or should I leave it up to the seller to get rid of the family member before I entertain any deals.

@Nicholas Knaebel we found a place that will work with you on LED lighting, murals, build-out theming on a smaller level than total conversions, but in my opinion a bit more maintainable - we had Florida Villa Entertainment come in and work with us to add our Avengers wall, ping pong table and LED lighting around all our murals (to protect the edges).

Outdoor entertainment upgrades, new doorknobs. new switches, outlets and faceplates.3. 

This company is also willing to be a stake holder in my business in order to show long term vested interest in making this work but am not sure if that is something I should fully entertain?

And in Texas you are not allowed to take the cat or harm it under the law.In some areas so many cats roam free and are shared by the neighborhood--though generally someone says they own them.And if it is her cat she may claim it's an outdoor cat, inside for feeding and pets--you have no way of really knowing--Secret cats--I just don't notice them.Secret puppies or Chows, or other ferocious dogs ( I ) notice.

I work in the entertainment industry and the W2 income has diminished because of the strikes going on. 

Currently 3 bed/2 bath and can sleep 8 (king bed, queen bed, 2 singles and a pull out queen sofa.Current amenities are a large deck with pool and hot tub, Lakeview, large outdoor firepit area, a small orchard, 1 RV setup with full services for additional guests (newer unit and can accommodate 4 more guests)We have come up with 3 options and have a $30k budget.

She has installed big bright outdoor lights that shine into their windows at night and today, a FedEx package to my tenants was delivered to her house by mistake and she refused to give it to them or to FedEx. 

As well as new apartment complexes being build along the water, an outdoor shopping mall, and Uber just bought a bunch of land there as well to run test on future technology so we could see some things being to shape in that area very soon if not already.
