American Homes 4 Rent

There's a SFH in my neighborhood for rent that is the same model as mine. I plan to rent my home out soon. The thing is, that home has been listed for rent for over three months at a little below the prevailing rate, so I was wondering what was wrong.

I finally looked up Yelp reviews for the property manager and now I understand.
