Professional service businesses such as offices for accountants or lawyers, with appointment-based clientele, could also thrive.

I guess I should add, in general, that depreciation is "nice" as the only non-cash deduction. 

Lol developers normally can tie up dirt based on reputation in the area.. and like I said substantial non refundable EM in the 6 figure range..

Do not waste your time working with anyone who thinks your services should be free.
