So, yea, you mention the framework pretty well, but by the time you dig in and do it all, my guess is the cashflow won't be quite what you're expecting.

Also let me recommend that if you do go the sump pump route, install it in the dry season as it is my experience that digging a new pit below the water table is ridiculously complicated.

That doesn't mean those opportunities aren't out there, but you really need to dig around to find them.
