Good morning BP,I've done a few fix-n-flips, but I'm considering buying a lot to build a home to resell.

Ok Y'all we have stopped the "maybe this... or maybe that... what ifs" etc.. .and have officially jumped in as Fix N' Flippers.

I currently own and have rented a property in Ocala FL as well as Hollywood FL.

This is killing small mom n pop landlords.
