Investment Info:

Townhouse cash flow investment.

Purchase price: $291,000

I closed on this house using my VA loan put down $1500 got lender credits for closing and got a check of $2000 I also paid $300 for the inspection and essentially got paid $200 to buy the house. Mortgage is 1655 and currently renting 700 per room and living in one 3 bed 2.5 baths

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Close to schools so renting potential is high and will have continuing leases! Great location

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Just looking through my area for something that could give me cash flow/ a good return.

N/A waiting on any inflation/equity that builds up
