Following Lifestyles practices we improved our single family investing, started investing passively in multifamily, and now are syndicators of three apartments. 

House Hacking is a wonderful way to get started in investing.

Someone coming for usually 30-90 days from out of town doesn't want to go through the hassle of figuring out who the providers are, starting service, stopping service, etc.

We also have started hosting events every month in different cities across the country, so keep an eye on your email to see if there is one happening close to you!

obviously 150 doors on conventional loans for each would murder you so I assume that is the case and the 8 doors listed are just examples. at 150 doors you need to start talking to fund managers or heavy hitters in the multifamily space.

Thank you It does not matter where you start as long as you develop your Core 4.

I need all I can get at this starting point.  

I get they they are trying to impress the buyer with their knowledge, but they don't know everything.
