Document/photograph the not-so-grand exit (Elvis has left the building!)

I know it'd be bad PR for the company that owns the house, but I'd love to see them take the Moms 4 Housing organization, its founders, and these thieving women to court for lost rent, legal fees, and all costs associated with this attempt at grand theft.

While this is a grand overview each task has its complexities.

. - The scope for the second house, just in Dec. 2020, 3 bed/2bath: $3010- The scope for the third house (tenants only lived there 14 months and it's only 981 s/r), 3 bed/1bath: Grand prize of $7368Apparently a pipe burst, probably a month ago during the big storms.

The fact that you found the property doesn't mean much in the grand scheme of things.

Started by renting out a friends condo on Grand Ave for extra cash.

We wanted to buy off the bat because the rent is so high in this area that we’d be throwing away 30 grand if we waited to buy.

I'm in my last phase and would love to see more discussion on the grand exit topic as well. 

If he gets the loan then there isn't a problem, if he doesn't get the loan then you made an easy few grand off his EMD and then you start deciding if you want to evict or not.
