TENANT EVICTION/ THEY ALREADY LEFT
I am going through an eviction and I need some clarity
When a judgement for default is granted and the tenant already moved out, do I still need the writ of possession? I am thinking that a final judgement should be able to stand alone since my tenants already left, however I am being told, the writ of possession is needed IF the tenant returns.
