Good morning,I am an experienced investor, although all of my deals were done in Philadelphia several years ago.

My concern is if I'm spreading myself too thin across the three different markets for my first few deals instead of focusing on one area and really getting to know it and build my RE team in that location. 

It's just an offer that will help me build a team of qualified, investment minded agents to better serve my clients.

There were portions that I liked and portions that I thought could be improved upon.I believe that group cohesiveness and openness are two keys to creating the best environment for people to interact whether they be someone new to REI, like myself, or the most experienced member of a meetup.I am curious...What in your opinion makes for the most optimal meetup?

Hey @Anthony Winston IIII am  an agent in San Diego as well, however, my team and I specialize primarily in  multiunit properties.  

Investing is a team sport.

Also a single software license and team for management could be used. 

Looking for mentors. so i have been reading and studying these passed several mnths. however i would like some one on one guidence from experienced investors so i can move forward in my investing.
