West Palm Beach, FL contractor is needed

I am an experienced investor, although all of my deals were done in Philadelphia several years ago. As a part-time investor these days, I am looking for any references for a quality and fair contractor in the West Palm Beach, FL area. I would like to build a long term relationship to span multiple projects per year. Should you have any "personal" experience with a great contractor to work with in WPB, please let me know.
