I do not live in Chicago but the neighborhoods you mentioned are a few I have my eye on for investing.

@DennisDennis, I was also eyeing that one, as I am originally from Michigan, and was thinking it was a bargain. 

Then, at least some of them, look you in the eye and think "what's the most I can bid and get this job?"
