This may seem like a dumb question to some of you but here is the question:I'm retired auto worker I would like to get into a commercial property,I managed rental propertys I owned before I retired.I want to purchase with a financeing partner mainly because I don't belive I can go conventinal and wouldn't have the downpayment. If I were able to by creatively that would be good but the property's I'm looking at are listed with an agent and average $600,000/$2,500,000.This is my point is it possible to pull this off with very little out of pocket.I don't know how hard money would work. Thanks in advance and have a great wk!!
