Based on your description (and I'm assuming this is a higher end rental), you're going to probably spend pretty close to the same to get it rental ready vs retail ready.

It seems in the last site update my settings were changed and I've become a "wholesaler" but I previously described myself as an "investor" and I can't seem to figure out how to change it back to the way it was. 

Are these descriptions still accurate?
