lien priority
I'm looking at purchasing a property that a tax buyer has a lien on. Property is abandoned and the city has filed a petition to take ownership of the property. I've talked with a receiver and he said that the lien could be waived if the receiver takes over and the courts rule in the city's favor. Is this true does anyone have any input on this?
