Legal Description of Property (not to be used on legal documents)

I'm writing up a purchase contract in IN and I'm trying to find the legal description of the property, but I'm not sure if I'm looking in the correct places. I go to Beacon and NETR Online and the legal (tax) description always says, "not to be used on legal documents" next to it. Should I be looking for some different, possibly more complete version of the description or is this one OK to use?

us folks in Memphis is even more spoiled. We can go online and pull any deed or recording that we want. Its definitely a great benefit.
