I was using the rental property calculator to evaluate my property if I was buying at market value as a rental property... the numbers don't look very attractive (attached below).I've been debating whether to:Sell the property (capital gains will be limited).Leverage LTV for mult rental properties 1031 to another areaDo nothing...I did some some improvements last year like a new kitchen and added wall to wall wood floors on both stories.

With JoCo being one of Zillow's most searched areas, KC on track to be one of America's best markets this year, the growth the city is looking at, and the fact that JoCo is debatably the best suburb in KC, with some of the best schools, holding onto a property there just makes sense.Hope this helps!
