What's the best response

DM started and calls are coming in, which is good. Notice to all newbies like myself, Answering the phone all the time is work, it isn't easy and some people are really rude about receiving a letter, which I find odd.

However I think I'm doing ok at phone screening, it's becoming natural and fluid to get through the rapport building and questions.

I keep getting hung up on one question that many callers are asking, "How did you get my name and address?"

What's the best answer for this? I tried a couple of different answers but was just wondering how others answer this?
