Weight is determined by color, size, and any other visual cue that attracts the eye path.  

However; engineered wood (not laminate) can be refinished too, and is more consistent in coloring and finish I'm told.

:-)I'm actually pretty fortunate to have a full head of hair that doesn't appear to be going anywhere anytime soon...though the color is slowing draining from it. 

Not only does it work miracles on pet stains, it will even out the uneven coloration from wear and tear.

My tenants are allowed to paint the units but they must return it to the EXACT paint color as before.
