Curious how different parts of the country stack up. Assuming utilities @ street.....

@Kevin Goodwin This is a question that is asked all the time on BP. When asking the question you wan tto qualify it with the details, because they make a huge difference. Are you looking for a price per square foot that includes all permits and fees, a cost per sq. ft. including all the lot prep costs, a cost per square foot of the just the structure etc.? 

Next, is the price based on a contractor that is an owner/builder hiring subs, etc. or someone hiring a contractor to do everything for them? After that is finishes, what types of finishes are going into the home? Basic, upscale, custom, etc.? The more detailed the question, the easier it is to answer.
