Of course, Chase is using it for sure. :)It shows a range of estimate value, as well as comps around the areas.  

Besides BofA, Chase is also accepting paycheck protection applications. 

Instead, I more focused on my next beer and chasing girls :) You are in an excellent position because you have time on your side!

Chasing late paying and nonpaying tenants is NOT profitable for PMC's.

PMs can be great for a lot of reasons but if you are chasing the most cash flow possible self managing will likely be your best bet.
