New Rental Property/Homeowner

Aloha! I am new to BP Community and looking forward to connecting with you all ;)

I currently live in California but recently purchased a brand-new townhome in Eagle Mountain, Utah - 3bd/2.5ba. I would like to rent out my place. Since I live out of state - is it better to find a property manager or try to manage the place myself for now (learn through the ups and downs of owning/renting a place)? Does anyone know a great property manager in Utah County? Also, besides Craigslist, is there a local rental site where I can post a listing?

Anyone who has rental properties in and around Eagle Mountain, Utah - I would like to connect and learn more about your experience so far.

Cheers!

Vhina
