Yes, It seems like in Miami you have the very rough areas where tons of boarded up houses, vacants no one living on the block is it best just to avoid properties like that all the time?

I can always calculate the the arrears by knowing when the last payment was due, the UPB, and the rates and terms from the note.The only reason that I was concerned about the 1003 application is that my servicer has it listed as a requirement to board the loan.
