New development: If the commercial office & retail space will shrink, how can builders refocus their business if it doesn't make sense to build brand new offices & retail centers?

In my nascent stages of investing, the few land deals that were somewhat decent upon my own investigation i realized had undisclosed sewer easements or liens.

They are resilient, LEED, skilled  labor apprenticeships and % of my profits go toward research, care and holistic wellness for opiate addicted pregnant women and their children in an off grid residential center/transformational community.

I'm still very much in the learning stages.

If you don’t have one near you you could always drop off at a goodwill or desseret donation center. 

Buyers are operating from a center of delayed gratification; delaying there purchase action for the thought of a future discount.

But it seemed like most of that advice centered around spending more money in marketing which could be tough to do if you are cash poor.I think you missed the point of Joe V’s comments.

my observations are:1. response is so low many kind of give up.2. they are shocked when they do get someone on the phone and are not prepared.3. delegated to robo call and call center reading from script  ( turn off)4. say they will call back and never do  :)  if you can somehow clean that up..
