I think that’s the part that bothers my wife.

Pets can also be a source of innumerable problems with housemates; for instance, a dog might make noise that bothers the housemates...if a pet damages belongings, or bites a tenant, you're liable...tenants with cats often flush cat litter down the toilet, which can block the sewer main...housemates might start to complain about the dog crap in the back yard, etc., etc..

It bothers me, and I'm considering telling him I don't like it and giving him notice or asking about it.

blinds are pretty minor though if they arent complaining about it i wouldnt bother repairing it for them.

@Michael McCoy I wouldn't bother with a warranty, but I also would not replace the HVAC while it's still working.  

I'd just find another tenant that this doesn't bother and not rock the boat with the neighbor. 

Zillow even publishes their accuracy rates on a county by county basis, and they are transparent enough about their methodology that anyone who bothers to look at how they come up with an estimate would realize that it's worthless.

I never did i just waited it out.. never bothered me and I would commence with my rehab as well.. calculated risk..

Whenever I have a conversation with them, only one of them makes me feel like i'm a bother, however she does permit me into the home to make changes.
