I drove by my property and noticed through the front window the blinds are damaged. You can see the blinds are torn through the window . What should I do?

@Jeremy Torres When was the last time you did an interior inspection at the property? It may be time for that. If the blinds are noticeably damaged then chances are there may be other things needing attention. We do quarterly furnace filter changes which is a good excuse to get a peek inside. Other landlords have frequent inspections built into their lease agreements. I would let the tenants know you will be coming by to do an inspection or to "change the filter", with reasonable notice, per the lease.
