If any one of the "smaller systems", or "components" break down...the "main system" fails.A few examples would be the "assembly Line", a "house", or my favorite...the "human body".In my case, my system depends on 3 Main systems: 1) Market Analysis...which tells me where to invest; 2) How Money Works...which tells me How to invest; 3) a Plan...which tells me when to invest.

FHA Insured reverse mortgages have 2 recorded mortgages, both at 150% of the appraised value, One for the actual Mortgage, and the second as essentially an Insurance piece from FHA, the release is dependent on the balance being paid, so unless you know how much has been drawn, you simply will not know. since the borrower has died, Foreclosure will start, as Death or Moving out of the mortgaged property are both triggers for foreclosure. good luck

most contracts have mandatory non binding mediation clauses for EM disputes.. you need to back out during your due diligence period or extend it if your not getting the info you need to make a decision.if you waived your due diligence then you can bring these things. up.Keep in mind your EM is at the lawyer if your east coast or title and escrow in those states and cannot be release without both parties signing. so just dont sign the release and go to non binding mediation.. usually at that point you split the baby down the middle is my experience.. if you dont settle there then its cost more money to litigate further.. but you dont need to just roll over.
